- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Neat, clean appearance
- HVAC technicians must be certified, or currently in an accredited school to obtain certification
- 2-3 years industry experience preferred (but not required) for plumbers and HVAC technicians
